- For consultations and coaching, we kindly ask that cancellations be communicated via phone or text.

- We regret that we cannot offer refunds for consultations or coaching sessions that are not canceled within 24 hours of the booking.

Refund Policy:

- In the event of a cancellation by the client more than seven days before the scheduled appointment date, a 50% refund will be provided.
